My wife, Rosa, and I are running the New York City Marathon this year in memory of my mum, who recently passed away after a 4 year battle with Melanoma. Due to massive leaps forward in treatment we were able to enjoy precious extra years with her.

My mum was someone that always put others first. She lived for her family, friends, and garden. One of her proudest moments that we will always remember is when she opened her amazing garden to the public through the National Garden Scheme (see picture). It's an achievement that we weren't sure that she would be around to see.

Rosa and I would be most grateful for any donations, no matter how small, to help raise awareness for Melanoma. We hope that treatments will continue to get better and better so no more grandkids need to lose their Nannies or Grandads so early. Many Thanks! Tim Crunkhorn
