Lynette was diagnosed with stage 2a melanoma in February 2017. Fortunately, she is doing well right now, although she has had a total of thirteen moles removed.

She decided to carry out some fundraising for Melanoma UK and along with help from her sisters, Donna, Fiona and cousin Vicki raise money obviously for the cause my sisters Donna, Fiona and cousin Vicki helped her to stage a “Fizz and Fine Piece “ open day.

Many of Lynette's friends and family attended her event and during the day, they raised awareness of melanoma, by displaying posters and giving out information.

Lynette's husband Michael and her son were on hand to help throughout the day and are always there to support her.

The event raised an amazing £2,100.  Thank you, we are truly grateful.
