A wonderful Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Friend and proud Midwife, Jacqui meant so much to so many people. Though she lived a short life, she lived it to the full, forever making plans to create memories that would last a lifetime with and for the people around her. As well as her honest advice and her brilliant sense of humour, it is Jacqui’s iconic smile that will be remembered most. Her love continues to shine on those she left behind. This page is dedicated to the legend that was Jacqui.
