Tina Manning was larger than life, yet a very small lady with a huge personality.  She was a very proud Ambassador to Melanoma UK and could always be relied on to give support to other patients, either newly diagnosed or in a similar situation to her.

Tina had very real concerns about the use of sunbeds in the UK and advocated tirelessly for awareness of the dangers.  She spoke to the press on many occasions, enlisted the help of her local MP who took the issue to Westminster and raised questions.

She  was kind, thoughtful and utterly reliable.  Everyone knew that if they needed her, she would be there, either at the end of a call or in person.

Rest in peace Tina, our little pocket rocket.  We will miss you.
