DR FAHEEM LATHEEF JOINS MELANOMA UK AS OUR NEWEST MEDICAL ADVISOR

Dr Latheef is a Consultant Dermatologist and Allergy specialist at the Leeds Centre for Dermatology, at the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.  He is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Leeds as well as being clinical lead for the largest community dermatology clinic in Leeds.

Aside from his NHS work, he also works privately at the Nuffield Health and Spire Hospital in Leeds and is a visiting Consultant at the Kings College Hospital in Dubai.  He has also obtained his MD in Melanoma skin cancer as well as having completed a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). 

Dr Latheef has a specialist interest in cutaneous allergy and undertakes extensive patch testing. In his practice he sees both children and adults for an expansive variety of skin related conditions including running dedicated acne, skin cancer, skin surgery and allergy clinics as well as general dermatology clinics.   

Having completed his research degree (MD) in melanoma skin cancer and having worked in a dedicated melanoma clinic and as a core member of the skin cancer MDT in Leeds, Dr Latheef has extensive experience in the early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of all types of skin cancer including Melanoma.
