SkinVision licence - Free for melanoma skin cancer patients

  • A free licence will be allocated to a new or existing patient using the Melanoma UK, My Melanoma App - complete this form
  • A minimum of three skin self-examinations to be carried out and logged in the SkinVision app before 14th July 2021
  • The annual licence will be split into two parts - the initial free licence will be valid until 14th July 2021. This will be extended for a further 6 months (minimum of three skin self-examinations required)
  • You must be a UK resident to use the Melanoma UK, My Melanoma App, and the SkinVision App 
  • Provide user feedback on the SkinVision experience.
