In 2011 Susan was diagnosed with melonoma cancer. The melonoma was removed and Susan was cancer free until 2022.

I have chosen to raise funds for Melanoma UK because my uncle has been diagnosed with the disease twice in the last ten years, now suffering from stage 4 metastatic melanoma cancer.
